1Mix baby greens and tomatoes in a large bowl. Sprinkle with gorgonzola. In a small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, and lemon juice. Sprinkle in salt and pepper, and whisk until well blended. Pour dressing over the salad mixture, and toss to coat.
